Fathom Voice is a hosted communications company that builds applications for both computers and phones to help companies better connect with their clients. Fathom Voice was founded in 2007 and originally referred to as Weeks Communications, but then took on the name of its product to unify its company message. Fathom Voice is our flagship application to help companies gain functionality out of their phone service. Fathom Voice is manned by a bright, young staff that is ready to make a difference in the telecommunications world. In 2007, Cameron founded Weeks Communications, along with co-founder and EVP of R&D Bracken Fields, while the two were students at Purdue University. Together, they started the company that has turned into the Fathom Voice we now know today. Cameron is in charge of developing the product strategies along with providing the overall direction for the company. From our voice platform, Fathom Voice, to our software, Go.Fathom, Cameron created and continues to advance and develop Fathom's best products. He has built up a team around him to continue to advance the Fathom product line along with adding new features on a daily basis.

Executive Vice President of Research & Development and Co-Founder

Bracken, along with long-time friend and co-founder Cameron Weeks, provides corporate leadership and vision for Fathom Voice. Formerly Fathom's CFO, Bracken's duties as EVP of R&D include decreasing project cycles and the strategic planning strategy implemented by the development team. Bracken works closely with all departments of the company to make sure development projects are in line with the market trends and consumer demands. A computer engineering and accounting major, Bracken loves to spend time at the beach and to whip up dinner for friends and family.

As VP of Operations, Emily manages all activities related to the day to day relationships with employees, clients and product development. She is responsible for developing company processes, including personnel training and development; Emily oversees the sales team, technical support team and project management. A graduate of Indiana University with a degree in business: retail management, she gets great satisfaction from seeing the company grow and employees excel in their specific areas.

Director of Partner Success
Seth oversees the current needs of our existing clients and seeks to add new relationships for Fathom Voice. As director of partners success, he focuses on client relations and account management of Fathom's existing partners. He graduated from Anderson University with a bachelor's degree in marketing/management and recently completed his MBA.

Austin’s duties as VP of Partner Success include developing new relationships for Fathom Voice and bringing in new business through different avenues, including Fathom Voice’s Partner and Referral Program. He constantly seeks to add new clients as well as take care of the needs of Fathom's existing client base. Austin is a graduate of Butler University with a degree in marketing.
The Sales Team
Executive Vice President
As EVP, Scott contributes to the growth of Fathom by utilizing his network of global telecom contacts and adding valuable sales management, recruiting, strategic planning and network experience to the company. In his role, Scott is able to leverage his executive and leadership skills honed from more than 30 years of telecom experience. Based in San Diego, he is also helping establish a Fathom presence in the western region of the United States.
Vice President of Sales
As VP of sales, Tom manages Fathom Voice's sales, channel management program and partner management program. Tom also helps grow Fathom's partner and client base while bringing on new market opportunities. Tom came to Fathom from Vintalk, and adds more than 30 years of telecommunications sales experience and a proven record of excelling in an executive sales role to the Fathom team.

Senior Web Developer
Jon is a graduate from Anderson University with a degree in information systems. As senior web developer, Jon is responsible for supporting the existing infrastructure as well as developing new web applications. Jon creates customizable applications, codes and designs websites, maintains our back-end infrastructure to name a few of his duties. He has a continuous goal and vision of making our entire line of Fathom products the best they can be.
Web Developer
Ryan develops and maintains much of the front end of Fathom's websites and web apps/products. He also helps develop and maintain the backend of Fathom's digital assets and works together with the rest of our web developers to create Fathom's tangible products. Ryan is a graduate of Cedarville University.

Matt is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in computer graphics technology and a concentration in web development. As web developer, Matt focuses on developing and maintaining the backend of Fathom's digital assets and works together with the rest of our web developers to create Fathom's tangible products.
The Creative Development Team
Senior Graphic Designer
Suzanne is a graduate of Ohio University’s School of Visual Communication and holds a degree in informational graphics and publication design. The conceptual force behind Fathom's fictitious but much-loved spokesperson Graham Bell, Suzanne carries out all design-based tasks, from print materials to user interface design and the design of Fathom's website. Suzanne loves being able to use her creativity and skills on an everyday basis, which motivates her to be a better designer.
Graphic Designer
As a graphic designer, Katherine focuses on creating educational, marketing and print materials for Fathom. She graduated from Ohio University's Scripps School of Visual Communication with a bachelor's degree in informational graphics and page design and a minor in business administration. Before Fathom, Katherine gained experience in layout and design from Gannett and House Beautiful Magazine.

As VP of marketing, Hannah lends support to nearly every Fathom department, helping key sales and development staff members better educate and communicate with current and potential partners and end users. Hannah joined Fathom to develop the marketing department, bringing nearly five years of experience in public relations, advertising, marketing and management. She's a graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor's degree in communication and minors in marketing and writing.
