Fathom Voice is a hosted communications company that builds applications for both computers and phones to help companies better connect with their clients. Fathom Voice was founded in 2007 and originally referred to as Weeks Communications, but then took on the name of its product to unify its company message. Fathom Voice is our flagship application to help companies gain functionality out of their phone service. Fathom Voice is manned by a bright, young staff that is ready to make a difference in the telecommunications world. We enjoy helping our clients and creating new pieces of technology that continuously make life easier for them. We are dedicated to bringing the best product to the stage while constantly building upon it everyday.
Fathom Voice was founded by two childhood friends, Cameron Weeks and Bracken Fields. Cameron had been coding from a young age and Bracken offered the missing piece to the puzzle that brought new ideas into light while also handling the financial side of the spectrum. The company was born in their dorm room of Shreve Hall in 2007 while the two were students at Purdue University. What started as a development and web design project soon transformed into the Fathom Voice we have today. After finding their calling and passion, the two men then began to build a team of passionate co-workers. What started as two quickly began to change. Weeks Communications, now known as Fathom Voice, grew rapidly as they began adding departments and positions vital for its expanding client base. Today, Fathom Voice is an up and coming Hosted VoIP PBX provider that is branching out nationally on several different venues. What started out as a dream in a dorm room has now transformed into a company’s vision.
We have developed a culture that is a key component to the success of our company. WC has cultivated a culture that encourages innovation and creativity by allowing employees to take advantage of their individual skills. Fathom Voice has created an atmosphere that employees are excited to come to work that inspires change and growth for the company. The office has an open air, contemporary feel with desks grouped together by teams to help foster a community atmosphere.
We don’t want to waste the time of our clients or our employees so our mission is to bring value to everything we do. Our employees will feel more accomplished with the work they produce and our clients will realize the type of work we do by the value it provides them.
